Who we are

This website is operated by ARX Design Group, with offices in Arezzo (Italy), Istanbul and İzmir (Turkey). You can reach us at [email protected] or at the addresses listed on our contact page.

What we collect

We only process the personal data that you send us yourself through the contact form or by e-mail: your name, e-mail address and — if you provide them — your phone number, company name, project type and the content of your message.

To protect the server against attacks and spam, the web server keeps technical logs (IP address, date and time, requested page) for a limited period.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal if you ask for one (legal basis: your consent and steps prior to entering into a contract).
• To keep the website secure and to prevent abuse of the contact form (legal basis: our legitimate interest).

Cookies and third parties

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and it does not load content from third-party services. The spam protection on the contact form (ALTCHA) runs on our own server and does not use cookies.

Messages sent through the form are delivered to our mailbox through our e-mail service provider. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you may ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time.
